Tapas Night at the Vineyard

A fantastic opportunity to sample the wines of a local award winning vineyard, Hidden Springs, while enjoying a great selection of Tapas.

There are two opportunities to attend, Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th of August.

Goat’s cheese (V) – almond crusted with honey
Pan con tomate (V) – Bread with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil
Albondigas – Classic beef & pork meatballs in a mildly spiced sauce
Patatas bravas (V) – Diced potato serve with paprika sauce and aioli
Gambas – King prawns in butter, garlic & parsley
Chorizo pan fried with butterbeans in red wine
Spanish chicken with peppers & potatoes in a smoky tomato sauce
Pardina lentils with serrano ham in white wine
Mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce

Traditional Spanish almond cake from Galacia served with clotted cream

Vegetarians & vegans will be catered for further on request – please enquire for further details

£40 per person. Includes a tour of the vineyard at 7pm (weather permitting), glass of English sparkling wine on arrival.
