The voucher is time limited but doesn’t have to be spent all in one go or in a single place.

The winning tickets will be drawn at the Heathfield Fun Day in Heathfield High Street on Saturday 30 November at 3:45pm. Ticket purchases close fifteen minutes before the draw at 3:30 pm.

Terms and Conditions

• The Heathfield Christmas Raffle is organised and sponsored by the Heathfield Chamber of Commerce and the Heathfield Traders.  All profits will go towards next year’s Heathfield Christmas festivities
• Tickets can be purchased from the participating retailers listed above
• The deadline for ticket purchases is 3:30 on Saturday 30 November 2019
• The draw will take place on Heathfield High Street at 3:45pm. The owner of the winning ticket will receive a voucher worth £250. Every effort will be made to contact the winner if they are not present at the time of the draw, so please write your name, email address and phone number on the stub of every ticket you buy
• Your data will be used only to contact the winning ticket holders, and will be securely destroyed after the draw
• The voucher can be used over several purchases and multiple businesses.  Each time a purchase is made the amount used will be noted and the new total written. The owner will be asked to initial and date the new total. When the full value is used the voucher must be surrendered to that business
• The voucher expires on 28 February 2020 and cannot be used after this date.  It has no face value and may not be sold or exchanged
• The second and third tickets drawn will be given a hamper of goods and services provided by local businesses
