Heathfield Business Support and Development Group
20 November, 2018 –
The next Heathfield Chamber Breakfast will be on Tuesday 20th November, we are not sure yet what will happen in December, so let’s try and get as many people as we can to this one; just in case it’s our last meeting before the New Year.
Last month we tried to be more punctual and I think that worked well, we didn’t run over at all, but still had time to chat about the topic. The most important part of the meeting for us is the interaction, the fact that everyone has a chance to speak about their business and then discuss current business topics within the group. So please, have a think about the topic and get involved.
So our topic for this month is, Delegation and Outsourcing. How do you delegate within your business, or possibly give work to other local businesses. Or is there work that you do for other businesses, are you the outsource! As always if you can have a think about this and come up with a few questions or examples for the group that would be perfect.
It’s really important that we know as soon as possible how many of you will be attending. The venue is as always, the State Hall, Station Road, Heathfield TN21 8LD. The entrance is situated 50 yards on the left-hand side going down the hill and there is ample car parking at the back (Sainsbury's Car Park).
The meeting will commence at 7am and we aim to finish at 8:30 as normal. There will be a selection of pastries and plenty of tea/coffee/water available. The cost will be £5 payable on the door or by BACS in advance (sort code 60-10-30 A/C 60863390) for Chamber members and £7.50 for non-members. If you would prefer a Bacon roll, that’s possible to but we would need to know in advance so please reply saying that you want one… if you don’t then you may miss out!! Bacon rolls are also an extra £1.
Please let me know (email@example.com) as soon as you can if you are able to attend. A further email will be sent as a reminder, a few days before the meeting but as you can appreciate the earlier we know the better.
We would also like to encourage all of you to join the Chamber. It is only £50 a year so if you are interested please contact Julian by email, firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to me at the meeting; I will have membership forms with me.
