Heathfield Chamber of Commerce – Secretary Required
A self-employed, home based, secretary is required to start from the 14 August. The person must be able to attend bi-monthly breakfast meetings and evening meetings (approximately 10 a year) and provide admin support to the Chairman and the committee such as arranging events, attending and taking minutes of committee meetings and the AGM, updating the Chamber website, liaising with businesses and taking responsibility for membership renewals. This person needs to be organised and have a flexible working attitude. On average the work is 10 hours per month.

Heathfield Chamber’s Charity of the Year, 2017-18, Wealden Works! (was Heathfield Works!)
A project to get 16-24 year olds back into education, employment or training. There are 4 cohorts consisting of 10 people held per year.
Youngsters can now apply from Uckfield, Crowborough, Hailsham and Heathfield, as well as the smaller surrounding villages which fall into the Wealden area.
Task Force Leader
